## Frequently asked questions

### Can I watch all the Süper Lig matches?

Yes. With the Sport + Family package you watch every match of the Trendyol Süper Lig and the 1. Lig live on the beIN Sports channels. Note: foreign leagues and UEFA matches are not included in the Europe packages for licensing reasons.

### What is the difference between the internet package and the satellite package?

An internet (IP) package uses an app and internet connection on compatible devices, without a dish. Satellite TV (SAT) needs a dish and suitable receiver. The packages listed on this site are internet packages; contact us before ordering a satellite service.

### How long does activation take?

Instant activation after payment: your internet package login details are sent by email. With a compatible device, you do not need to wait for a box delivery. If the email is missing, check your spam folder and contact support with your order number.

### Which devices can I watch on?

Watch Digitürk Play on smartphones, tablets, computers (web browser) and Smart TVs. If needed, buy the optional Digitürk IPTV box to use TVs and screens with an HDMI input.
