Beşiktaş and Jean Onana part ways
Beşiktaş informed the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) that it has mutually terminated the contract of Cameroonian midfielder Jean Onana.

Beşiktaş Futbol Yatırımları Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. officially announced that it has parted ways with Cameroonian midfielder Jean Onana. The club made the statement through the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) and notified Borsa İstanbul accordingly.

The statement emphasized that the contract with the player was terminated by mutual agreement. The club management stated, 'The contract with our professional footballer Jean Emile Junior Onana Onana has been terminated by mutual agreement.'

The 26-year-old Cameroonian player had joined the black-and-whites at the start of the 2023-2024 season. During his time at Beşiktaş, Onana featured in 16 matches and was also loaned out to Marseille in France and Genoa in Italy during that period.
Thus, Onana's Beşiktaş journey officially came to an end, some time after his transfer.
