Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of the date the contract was concluded (date of purchase). Statutory exceptions and other consumer rights remain unaffected.
How to exercise your withdrawal
You can submit your refund or withdrawal request by email, through the contact form or through the message section in your account.
To help us assist you better, we would appreciate a brief explanation of your request. Giving a reason is optional.
Open the withdrawal form in your account
Important: Log in with the personal email address you used when placing the order. This does not have to match the email of your Digitürk access — please do not confuse the two.
Refund
Your request is reviewed; no reason is required to exercise withdrawal. The refund is completed within 3 business days via the same payment method you used to pay.
Refunds are returned through our payment service provider Stripe to the payment method originally used; depending on your bank it can take a few business days for the amount to show on your account.
Notes
For digital services provided immediately with your express consent, the right of withdrawal may be limited. Services already used may be taken into account on a pro-rata basis. If you have any questions, you can reach us via the Help Centre.
