Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of the date the contract was concluded (date of purchase). Once this period has expired, cancelling or terminating the subscription is no longer possible.

How to exercise your withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, log in to your subscription panel and submit the request via the “Withdrawal / Cancellation” button. Please state a reason.

Important: Log in with the personal email address you used when placing the order. This does not have to match the email of your Digitürk access — please do not confuse the two.

Refund

Your request is reviewed. If there is a valid reason, the refund is completed after the review within 3 business days via the same payment method you used to pay.

Notes

For digital services provided immediately with your express consent, the right of withdrawal may be limited. Services already used may be taken into account on a pro-rata basis. If you have any questions, you can reach us via the Help Centre.
