Terms of Sale

1. Parties and scope

These terms of sale apply to orders placed on digiturk.de between OsCore LLC ("we") and you. OsCore LLC, 117 S Lexington Street Ste 100, Harrisonville, MO 64701, USA; email info@digiturk.de.

Digiturk Play Authorised International Sales Partner. Digiturk Play is a beIN MEDIA GROUP company. We are an authorised sales partner of Digiturk Europe GmbH (Dealer code: 49400322). We provide the sales service only: the Digiturk Play service is provided by Digiturk Europe GmbH and is subject to Digiturk Play's own terms of use.

2. Product and delivery

The product sold is a Digiturk Play membership for the selected term (12 or 24 months). The optional TV-Box is shipped to the delivery address given at checkout. Membership details are sent to the contact details given with the order. A compatible device and an internet connection are your responsibility.

3. Price and payment

Prices are in euros (EUR); the total shown at checkout is paid once. Payment is taken through our payment service provider Stripe (Stripe, LLC) by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link and the other methods shown at checkout.

You enter your payment details directly with Stripe; we do not store full card details. Data is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS) over PCI DSS compliant infrastructure. The payment appears on your card statement as DIGITURK.

4. Term and renewal

The membership ends automatically at the end of the selected term. There is no automatic renewal and no automatic charge; for a further period you place a new order.

5. Cancellation and refunds

The right of withdrawal, refund conditions and the procedure are described in the Refund Terms. Refunds are made through Stripe to the payment method originally used.

6. Use

The membership is for personal, non-commercial use. Sharing login details and copying, recording or redistributing content are prohibited; in case of violation the service provider may suspend the membership.

7. Liability

The service provider is responsible for the content, the channel list and the provision of the service. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss; this does not apply to intent, gross negligence or injury to life, body or health. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA. Except for claims that qualify for small claims court, disputes are resolved by individual, binding arbitration under the Consumer Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA); class actions and jury trials are waived.

Before arbitration you notify us of your claim in writing at OsCore LLC, 117 S Lexington Street Ste 100, Harrisonville, MO 64701, USA or at info@digiturk.de; the parties try to reach a settlement within 30 days. Your rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you habitually reside are not limited by this clause.
