Beşiktaş adds Vlahovic to UEFA Europa League squad

Beşiktaş updated the player list it submitted to UEFA ahead of the match against Lithuanian representative Kauno Zalgiris in the UEFA Europa League play-off round. The black-and-whites officially included Serbian forward Dusan Vlahovic, whom they signed during the summer, on the list.

Another notable detail in the update was the removal of Felix Uduokhai from the squad. As a result, there was a change in Beşiktaş's defensive line for their European campaign. Vlahovic could feature against Kauno Zalgiris if coach Vincenzo Italiano chooses to use him.

The updated list includes numerous names across the goalkeeper, defense, midfield and forward lines. While Alexander Nübel and Doğan Alemdar occupy the goalkeeper positions, players such as Rıdvan Yılmaz, Emirhan Topçu and Michael Murillo are listed in defense. In midfield, players like Orkun Kökçü, Wilfred Ndidi and Leandro Trossard stand out, while in attack, alongside Vlahovic, Semih Kılıçsoy and Hyeongyu Oh are also included.

Beşiktaş will host Kauno Zalgiris in the first leg of the UEFA Europa League play-off round on Thursday, August 20 at 20:00 at Tüpraş Stadium. Black-and-white fans are eagerly waiting to see whether new signing Vlahovic will play in this match.
