Sofyan Amrabat in Istanbul for Fenerbahçe
Moroccan midfielder Sofyan Amrabat will begin training with Fenerbahçe following his medical examinations.
Moroccan midfielder Sofyan Amrabat, one of the names on Fenerbahçe's transfer list, has arrived in Istanbul. The experienced player will join the team after undergoing medical examinations conducted by club doctors.
It was announced that Amrabat, having completed his medical checks, will join Fenerbahçe's training sessions at the Samandıra Can Bartu Facilities. The Moroccan footballer is expected to wear the yellow-and-navy jersey shortly.
The 29-year-old midfielder spent last season on loan at Spanish LaLiga side Real Betis. During this period, Amrabat featured in 23 official matches.
Amrabat also took to the field with his national team at the FIFA World Cup held after the season, playing in 3 matches in the tournament. The experienced player is expected to open a new chapter in his career at Fenerbahçe.
