Fenerbahçe Secretary General Mahmut Uslu referred to the PFDK
Fenerbahçe Secretary General Mahmut Uslu has been referred to the PFDK (Disciplinary Committee) over remarks he made following the Gençlerbirliği match.
This week's PFDK referrals in the Trendyol Süper Lig were announced, and the name of Fenerbahçe Secretary General Mahmut Uslu appeared on the list.
The reason given for Uslu's referral was making statements damaging to the reputation of football and issuing threats.
Speaking after Fenerbahçe's 2-1 defeat to Gençlerbirliği, Uslu had said they wanted to compete under equal conditions and argued that the league could not continue this way. Uslu also stated that they could do whatever came to their minds and that they had seen red with anger.
Following these remarks, Uslu, who was referred to the disciplinary body, is expected to appear before the PFDK.
