1 Person Arrested in Investigation into Armed Attack on Fenerbahçe Bus
Of the four suspects detained in the investigation led by the Trabzon Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, one was arrested while judicial control measures were imposed on the other three.
As part of the investigation conducted by the Trabzon Chief Public Prosecutor's Office into the armed attack on Fenerbahçe's bus, the judicial proceedings for detained Yusuf Öksüz, Hakan Hatipoğlu, Emiral Aygüneş and Özgür Ertürk have concluded.
The four suspects, questioned by the prosecutor's office, were brought before the on-duty judge with a request for arrest on charges of 'attempted murder'.
Following the evaluation, suspect Yusuf Öksüz was arrested and sent to prison.
For the other suspects, Hakan Hatipoğlu, Emiral Aygüneş and Özgür Ertürk, the judge ruled for the application of judicial control measures.
