Galatasaray has firmly denied recent claims circulating about the injury of Ivorian defender Wilfried Singo. Galatasaray explicitly labeled as false the reports claiming that Singo's Achilles tendon had ruptured or that he had been carrying a chronic injury since his transfer. The club accused those behind such reports of deliberately spreading misinformation. It added that the player's treatment is proceeding exactly as planned.
