Everton submit official offer to Galatasaray for Barış Alper Yılmaz
Premier League side Everton have made a €35 million transfer offer for Galatasaray's national winger Barış Alper Yılmaz, but the yellow-and-reds rejected the bid, deeming it insufficient.

A concrete suitor from the Premier League has emerged for Barış Alper Yılmaz, who has become one of Galatasaray's indispensable players in recent seasons. Everton have presented their first official offer to the yellow-and-red management for the national team player.

According to information obtained, the English club submitted a €35 million transfer offer to Galatasaray for the experienced winger. Galatasaray's management, however, deemed the figure insufficient and rejected the offer.

Reportedly, the yellow-and-red management expects a transfer fee of at least €50 million for Barış Alper Yılmaz's departure from the club. On the other hand, leaving the club does not appear to be a priority for the player himself at this time.
It was noted that Barış Alper Yılmaz transferred to Galatasaray from Ankara Keçiörengücü, and that should the transfer fee be realized, the capital club would receive 20 percent of that amount. Having played for the reserve team before becoming a fixture in the starting XI—first as a left-back and later on the wing ahead of Kerem Aktürkoğlu under Okan Buruk—Barış Alper's future is being watched with keen interest this summer.
