Claims of a deal for Rodrigo Mora at Galatasaray, cautious statement from Porto
While it was claimed that Galatasaray reached an agreement over Rodrigo Mora, their target for the number 10 role, Porto coach Francesco Farioli did not give a clear signal of departure regarding the player.

It was claimed that an important stage has been reached in the transfer of Rodrigo Mora, one of the names Galatasaray has been negotiating with to reinforce their midfield. According to A Spor reporter Emre Kaplan, the yellow-red side has reached an agreement with both the player and Porto on all terms. Accordingly, the only thing left for the transfer to be officially completed is the final approval of head coach Okan Buruk.

Following this development, attention turned to Porto. Porto coach Francesco Farioli, speaking at a press conference ahead of his team's match against Alverca, made comments about the transfer period. The Italian coach stated that he believes the vast majority of players in his squad will remain with the team.

Farioli said that some players might want to leave in order to get more playing time, but he did not include Rodrigo Mora's name in this profile. The coach stated that one player had spoken to him about the possibility of leaving and that he knew another player also wanted to go, while emphasizing that neither of them was Mora.
Farioli, emphasizing that it was not the time to make an individual statement about Porto's young star, reminded that their priority was the next league match. The fact that Porto did not issue an official statement despite the agreement claims coming from the Galatasaray camp has made the fate of the transfer a matter of curiosity.
