Galatasaray issues injury update on Osimhen, Lemina and Singo

Galatasaray has issued an official statement regarding the health status of Victor Osimhen, Mario Lemina and Wilfried Singo. Osimhen and Lemina were forced off during the club's Trendyol Süper Lig matchweek 4 fixture against Başakşehir FK, while Singo picked up his injury separately during a training session. The club shared a detailed update to keep supporters informed on the recovery process of all three players.

According to the statement, both Osimhen and Lemina were diagnosed with strain and pain in the right adductor, or groin, muscle group. Treatment for both players began immediately, though further examinations including an MRI were expected to be completed the following day. This means a clearer picture of how long the duo might be sidelined is still awaited.

For Wilfried Singo, who suffered a blow to the back of his right knee during training, the results were more definitive. Advanced tests including an MRI conducted at Acıbadem Maslak Hospital, the club's sponsor, revealed damage and bleeding in the biceps femoris muscle group of his right thigh, affecting both the tendon and the muscle. Treatment for Singo also began right after the diagnosis was confirmed.

Galatasaray's management stressed that the diagnosis and treatment plans for all three players were being carefully managed by the club's medical staff.
