Galatasaray begin Süper Lig campaign with 2-2 draw at Çorum FK

In the opening match of the 2026-2027 Trendyol Süper Lig season, Galatasaray hosted Arca Çorum FK, who were competing in the Süper Lig for the first time, at RAMS Park. With this result, Galatasaray broke their streak of winning their opening home match of the season, which had continued since the 2002-2003 season - a habit the yellow-and-reds had maintained for 12 consecutive seasons. On the other hand, Galatasaray continued their unbeaten run at home, which had lasted since their defeat to Fenerbahçe on May 19, 2024.
