Mohamed Salah arrived in Istanbul, wore the Trabzonspor jersey

Egyptian star Mohamed Salah, with whom Trabzonspor has been continuing negotiations, arrived in Istanbul by private jet from Mykonos Island, where he was vacationing. The plane, which took off in the morning, landed at Atatürk Airport's General Aviation Terminal around 12:00 noon. Numerous claret-blue fans waiting for the 34-year-old footballer at the airport gave him an enthusiastic welcome.

Salah addressed the fans who came to greet him while wearing a Trabzonspor jersey and posed for memorial photos. There was great joy in the moments when he accompanied the fans' chants of 'Ya Allah Bismillah Muhammed Salah'. Images of the star player wearing the claret-blue jersey for the first time were also shared on the club's official social media account.

According to claims, the Egyptian star addressed the fans while on the plane heading to Istanbul, delivering the message: 'Trabzon, are you ready? I hear you. See you very soon. Everywhere is Trabzon for us.' After the welcome at the airport, Salah left the area in the vehicle of Trabzonspor President Ertuğrul Doğan. The claret-blue club is expected to sign a 2-year contract with the star player following a medical examination at Maslak Acıbadem Hospital.

Salah, who will travel to Trabzon in the evening along with President Ertuğrul Doğan and board members, will have a signing ceremony open to fans in the city. The ceremony is planned to be held at Papara Park.
