What service does digiturk.de provide in Europe?
On digiturk.de you can compare Digiturk Play packages, order your membership and get support after buying. Digiturk Play is offered across Europe. A separate country guide covers questions that only concern Germany.
How do I choose between Family and Sports + Family?
The Family package covers national Turkish channels as well as news, film, documentary and children’s channels; twelve months cost €89 in total (works out at €7.42 a month). Sports + Family adds live Süper Lig and 1. Lig matches to the Family channels; twelve months cost €119 in total (works out at €9.92 a month) and 24 months €199 (works out at €8.29 a month). You do not need both packages. The amount covers the whole term and is paid once; the monthly figure is for comparison only. Digiturk Play's Family and Sports packages include TOD Studios productions.
Which package has the series or programme I want?
The channel list shows which channel belongs to which package; every Family channel is also part of Sports + Family. The TV Guide shows when a particular series or programme airs, and the Digiturk Play topic in Help explains how to watch.
Which device can I use, and do I need a box?
Digiturk Play is available on desktop and laptop computers, smartphones, tablets and internet-connected boxes: the official apps require iOS/iPadOS 17 or later on iPhone and iPad, tvOS 15 or later on Apple TV and Android 4.4 or later on Android boxes; there is an app for Android phones and tablets on Google Play and another in the Amazon Appstore, and streams can be sent to an Apple TV with AirPlay. With a compatible device you do not need a box: install the app from your device’s app store, sign in with your membership details and start watching.
How fast does the internet connection need to be?
Digiturk Play recommends an internet connection of at least 1 Mbit/s, and at least 2 Mbit/s for the best picture quality. Measure the speed in the room and on the device you will watch on; if Wi-Fi is weak, moving closer to the router or using a cable helps.
How do ordering, activation and support work?
Choose the package and term and check the total in the order summary. After payment you receive your membership details; they also appear in the subscription portal. Your digiturk.de customer account is for your orders; in the TV app you sign in with the Digiturk Play username and password from your membership details.
