Digiturk subscriptions and renewals: what to know before ordering

The short answer
Order a Digiturk Play membership on digiturk.de by choosing package and term; then sign in to the Digiturk Play app with your membership details and start watching. Family covers Turkish channels; Sports + Family adds the Turkish Süper Lig (Super Lig) and 1. Lig. Twelve months of Sports + Family cost €119 (works out at €9.92 a month), paid once.
What should I check for a new subscription?
Choose Family or Sports + Family according to content. Check the package name, term and total payment in the order summary. Enter your email carefully; you also use it to sign in to the subscription portal. The packages on digiturk.de are individual Digiturk Play internet memberships.
Where do I sign in after activation?
After payment you receive the viewing details for your internet package; they also appear in the subscription portal. Use them to sign in to the appropriate Digiturk Play app or supported web access. With a compatible device, you need no extra hardware. If you cannot see your details, review the order status in your customer account and the Ordering & activation topic in Help.
Are my website account and viewing account the same?
Your digiturk.de customer account is for orders and customer services; your Digiturk Play viewing login is for accessing television. The two logins have separate passwords. If you have a login problem, check which website or app you are using and enter the credentials for that account. Never share your password, full card number or payment verification code.
What do I need to do to cancel my subscription?
Your package ends automatically at the end of its term; you do not need to take any action. No separate cancellation request is required, and your subscription does not renew automatically. You can check the expiry date in your customer account or order confirmation. A refund or withdrawal before the term ends is a separate matter; see the Refunds & delivery section in Help.
How do I renew my existing Digiturk subscription?
