How do I request a refund or withdrawal before my package expires?
Your subscription ends on its own at expiry; no cancellation request is needed for that. A refund or withdrawal before expiry is a separate process: you can use the refund/cancellation request offered for your order in the subscription portal. Read the Withdrawal page and the documents accepted when ordering for your withdrawal rights, notification methods and applicable terms. This short answer does not replace the contract terms.

An email is sent once the refund has been processed. Credit to your original payment method usually takes 1–3 business days and may vary by bank or payment provider. Check the processing date in the email, the refund status in your portal and transactions for the card or account used for the original payment.
