Install the Digiturk Play app from your device’s official store or use a supported browser, then enter your Digiturk Play login details. Do not install unknown APK files. If the app is missing, check model and operating-system compatibility in the store and use another compatible device.

Digiturk Play recommends an internet connection of at least 1 Mbit/s, and at least 2 Mbit/s for the best picture quality. Picture quality depends on the channel, device, app and connection stability. Test on the device and network you will use, choose Ethernet where possible, pause heavy downloads and check Wi-Fi signal strength. Check app and device updates too, then try the same broadcast again.
Link to this answerThe stream freezes or a channel will not open. What should I do?
First check your subscription is active and the channel is included. Stop playback on another device, reopen the app and check for updates. Try a wired connection if possible, or move closer to your router. If only one channel is affected, check that it is in your package; if all channels are affected, check your connection and subscription expiry. Do not share your password.
